We boast 4 PGA Teaching Professionals each offering their own unique style of coaching.
Our coaching packages are not generic. We work with you to create a bespoke programme designed to help you improve.
Our coaching sessions can take place outdoors on our practice area which is complete with a large range, two bunkers and a pitching area. We also have a grass putting green and an artificial putting green allowing us to work outside all year round. Our Performance Centre is the hub of our golf coaching in Sussex. Using Trackman we are able to break your swing down like never before and get you performing to your potential faster.

Anthony Killik - Head PGA Professional & Director of Golf
After turning professional in 2004 following a successful amateur career, Anthony discovered a passion for coaching that has led him to Royal Eastbourne. As a firm believer that anyone can play golf, Anthony’s teaching style utilises the players' naturalabilities and works to enhance them rather than trying to change too much. Highly personable and approachable, Anthony is always happy to help, and his coaching style has become popular with members and visitors alike. As well as being a class AA PGA professional, Anthony is also a certified putting instructor and has helped golfers of all levels improve their putting.
Ben Harmer - PGA Teaching Professional & Custom Fit Expert
Ben is our custom fitting expert here at Kilpac Golf. He is a fully qualified PGA professional with over 10 years of experience. Ben’s interests and expertise lie in the custom fitting and club building area. Prior to working at Kilpac Golf Ben was an Assistant Professional at Seaford (Blatchington) Golf Club for 4 years and then moved onto another side of the industry and became a Sales Rep for PRG Golf & Evnroll putters for 3 years, where he gained vast amounts of experience in putter fitting and technology.
Glyn Bateman - PGA Professional
Glyn has specialised in coaching for the last 10 years, and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of improving any level of golfer. A former winner of the Sussex Open and Sussex Professional championship’s he has gone on to coach professional tournament players, junior county champions and club champions at numerous clubs in Sussex and has developed a very good reputation as a coach in the local area. He has very good communication skills and hopes to simplify to the student what can seem a very difficult game at times.
